You don't have a problem. You ARE the problem.

You are the problem

With a heavy heart, you wake up in the morning. You silently wish for the darkness to lift from your mind. You have been at this for a long time. Will you ever see the light again? You ask yourself.
You’ve tried to figure it out, but no answer comes to you. Why? Why am I feeling this way? Why can’t I move past this? Why can’t I figure it out? Why am I still tortured by these thoughts and why can’t I think my way out of it?

Anxiously you try to untangle from the chaos in your head but finally, you lose hope. You get lost instead in the maze of your rushing thoughts.
You fall.
You give up.
You let go.

”Wake me up when it’s all over, when I’m wiser and I’m older. All this time I was finding myself and I didn’t know I was lost.”
- Avicii

Here’s the thing my friend. You’re not lost. You never were. You were simply getting in your own way.

You are getting in your own way.

You don’t have to think hard to find your way out. You don’t have to pour more thinking into whatever is already troubling you. On the contrary. You have to stop thinking. You have to allow the divine intelligence to show you the way instead.
Wisdom will guide you, that is if you let it.
We are never ever alone. In every moment we can open up to the bigger intelligence to flow through us and like a compass show us the next step. It will always give us clues as to what’s next for us.

You’re never lost.

Our instinct, and what we’ve been taught is that we, with our little human mind, need to think our way out of a problem. We have to think hard about what has happened and how to solve a problem. But no. That IS the problem. The only problem is us, getting in the way by trying to find a solution. If we only let go for a second and allow the answer to arrive in its own time, it always will.

We as humans have limited perspective. We can only see a tiny part of the whole picture which means we can’t possibly see all the solutions available to us. And there are endless solutions. Thinking, and more thinking, interferes with the answer appearing. That’s the problem. Us thinking. Not the problem itself.

The universe will guide you and show you the way out. If you let it. Because here’s the truth. You don’t have a problem. You are the problem.

”They say I'm caught up in a dream. Well life will pass me by if I don't open up my eyes”
- Avicii

You are the problem and you’re caught up in a dream. Open your eyes to the divine universe that is holding its breath waiting for you to listen. You’re not lost. You never were. Your intuition has been guiding you all this time and if you simply stop pouring more thinking into the problem and if you simply stop trying to figure it out, it will show you the way. Always.

Whenever you find yourself struggling with life, needing a problem to be solved, take a deep breath. Yes. Simple. A breath. Get some fresh air into your lungs, and then step away. Walk away from the problem. Meaning, stop trying to figure it out. Stop interfering. Stop getting in your own way.
Then wait.
Wait with the conviction that the answer will come when you need it. Trust that you will be given the answer at the perfect time and that there’s absolutely nothing you must do here. You’re covered. The universe truly has your back.

You were never lost.

Trust that whatever answer arrives it is the right one. Trust that even though it might not make any sense at the moment, it is the right way for you. Trust that it is the right next step. Trust that wherever you are, that is exactly where you need to be.

You are always where you need to be. You might not like it and you might argue with it but you are where you are supposed to be.

Let me invite you to say ”yes” to whatever is. To say ”ok” to whatever is unfolding within you. To accept the journey exactly as it is, with its ups and downs, with its mess, with its darkness and with its light.
Welcome it. Embrace it. Allow space for ALL of it. And step out of the way. Get out of the way and allow intuition to guide you.

Because you were never lost.
